Shellie is the local real estate agent in Bundeena - the only one in fact, although many other agents hold listings in the town. We believed that having a local base for our sale was important and our belief was validated; we were impressed that she consistently held bi-weekly open-for-inspections in spite of the difficult sales conditions in 2026, and was always available for private inspections as required. She kept us informed regularly on the various prospective buyers and sales expectations. Whilst we do know her as a local, we found that she took a very personal interest in our sale, and was always available to talk to us when needed. We believe that she did a great job of getting us a fair price for our home in the current sales conditions, and the marketing period was not unreasonable for the area and well within our expectations.
