I arrived at the sale price from your valuation of the property which was in the range of 240k - 260k I guess I should have done a bit more research regarding the price. Some people thought the sale price of 255k was a give-away considering the booming housing market. Perhaps Shellie could have made a suggestion as to what her thoughts were re sales price.
