I had Elders Real Estate manage my newly built property in Eli Waters which they did in a very professional and friendly manner. All t's crossed and i's dotted. At the end of 2024 I asked them to sell the property. I thought their estimate was a bit low to start with and asked them to advertise for a higher price, which they did.
