Shenal sold our unit which was 4kms from Brisbane CBD for a price which both parties felt was fair. It was a nice property, close to the city and amenities but selling a unit in Brisbane is never easy. Shenal ended up selling it 3 times as the first 2 buyers fell through wit no finance. She didn't give up and has communicated well despite the challenges. I would not hesitate to recommend Shenal to sell your property.
