I purchased an apartment online, with Sheri the agent for the sale. Although I was familiar with the area where the property is located, due to COVID restrictions I was unable to visit in person. Sheri was very helpful in describing the location and supporting my parents to visit the apartment, answer questions and send through information. For the sale transaction itself, Sheri was very fast in turning around paperwork and also advising me on what needed to be done when. It was very simple to organise and proceeded with no fuss.
