Everything went OK. We were very anxious towards the pointy end of moving, and it was hard to get anyone to understand how we felt. We needed that extension as the house we bought was rented, and we felt that was slow taking its time. Also what we didn't like was that the property was still advertised for sale, when it was clearly a cash sale. Why do that and confuse other people and give them false hope for buying. I noticed that most agents do this and to me its false advertising. They were our only hang ups with the sale.
