Sheridan was excellent to deal with from the start to the end of the process. He was very quick to respond, understanding of our needs and kept us in the loop throughout. We would definitely deal with Sheridan again and would recommend for any sale/purchase.
Sheridan is an absolute professional. He has excellent attention to detail and works hard to achieve the best outcome for both the buyer and the seller. I really appreciated his compassion and thorough approach. I’ve worked with him multiple times now and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
We want to thank Sheridan for his successful efforts on our behalf. We are grateful for his consideration and tolerance over what was, for us, a stressful period, ie, selling our home of nearly 50 years. At all times he remained cheerful, patient and committed to the task.

“Selling your home can be scary. There are so many details to work through and so many decisions to make. Not only is Sheridan knowledgeable in this process, he is compassionate, kind and understanding; Qualities that are not always easy to find in today’s world much less in real estate. I am a single woman and had decided 2 weeks before putting house on market to sell. So the house really needed to be ship and shape and fast. Sheridan was so helpful organising contractors and building and pest not only did he organise them but he met them at my home to discuss what needed to be done. The day after we went on the market Brisbane Flooded I still remember Sheridan checking on us getting the neighbours numbers for me so we could all check on each other as we were all stuck. The day it subsided my conversation to him was are you OK he had lost everything his answer was yes I just need to buy a new suit. Always positive. We postponed the Auction and open house and another 2 weeks later the house was back on the market. Sheridan always checking to see if i needed anything. He had 4 offers before auction, the photos were sensational. On the night of the auction my brother commented that Sheridan looked as nervous as me, my response was because he cares. He got the money i wanted it sold to a lovely lady who will love this house as much as i did. A special mention to Mario the Principal who didn't let me down. If you are looking to buy or sell- I would highly recommend Sheridan. He is a great person and great at his job.”
Sheridan is a very conscientious, hard working agent. He was very helpful and did everything he could to help us prepare for the sale with tradesperson recommendations. We were kept up to date with thorough progress reports throughout the marketing campaign, buyer feedback ,as well as preparation for the auction. We sold our home at auction for well over the reserve so it all worked out for the best. Best wishes to Sheridan for the future, we would recommend him to future vendors. Sheridan has delivered in spades once again. Sheridan secured a contract on the second showing of the property that met my full expectations. This is the second property that Sheridan has sold on my behalf. Both properties, contracts were secured in a very short time frame and my sale price was achieved on both occasions. Sheridan has been a great communicator and is honest and upfront in all of our dealings and goes the extra mile to fulfill any requests even once the transaction is completed. I highly recommend Sheridan for any real estate transaction whether your selling or buying no matter where your property is located. Highly professional and highly motivated.
