“Selling your home can be scary. There are so many details to work through and so many decisions to make. Not only is Sheridan knowledgeable in this process, he is compassionate, kind and understanding; Qualities that are not always easy to find in today’s world much less in real estate. I am a single woman and had decided 2 weeks before putting house on market to sell. So the house really needed to be ship and shape and fast. Sheridan was so helpful organising contractors and building and pest not only did he organise them but he met them at my home to discuss what needed to be done. The day after we went on the market Brisbane Flooded I still remember Sheridan checking on us getting the neighbours numbers for me so we could all check on each other as we were all stuck. The day it subsided my conversation to him was are you OK he had lost everything his answer was yes I just need to buy a new suit. Always positive.
