We had a relatively stressful settlement due to delayed repair works needing to be completed over the holiday period (of course when there's no tradies available - remember this if you ever sell during the holidays! So settlement was delayed twice and tradies worked right up until the day before. However, all through this time, Sheridan was in communication and supported us through this and acted as a conduit with the maintenance team. The communication between all internal teams, including the leasing team could still be improved, as we had a major maintenance issue that we believe she should have been picked up earlier, so we could have had it repaired.
