Sheridan Scott and the team at Place were fantastic! They made the buying process so easy and helped us to understand what was happening during the purchase every step of the way. We are overseas expats, and Sheridan went out of his way to arrange site inspections and phone calls with us even in different time-zones. He was always updating us with the sellers feedback so we could continue discussions to the great result of finally purchasing our new house. Sheridan even went above and beyond: to go to the house and check on it and have it cleaned up while it is empty prior to tenants.
