We have had the full experience with our house in Mt Isa via Matter property. Firstly, from ease of the purchase of our house 15 years ago, showing us exactly what we asked for on the first instance without any real estate Jargon whatsoever, they were so professional from the first meeting. Five years later we had the property leased with Matter for approx. ten years, Sherrie and staff carried out thorough tenant onboarding capturing mostly great tenants with our interest as priority. We had a issue with one tenant and Sherrie swiftly dealt with them with minimal input from us required. We the put our house on the market, Matter property marketed it well with approx. 300 homes for sale in Isa Sherrie was still capable of selling ours within 2 weeks, we expected to be sitting on it for several months. In summery we found Matter the best real estate agency we have ever dealt with in our portfolio.
