Sherrie and her team at Matter Property have managed our investment property for many years and recently sold said property. Her team has always been very professional, always kept us up to date how the rental and for sale market was performing, always prompt to let us know if there was an issue that we needed to attend to. Sherrie, was very knowledgeable and helpful and she went out of her way to accommodate the sale which was good. Two things - 1 electrician said sale was not legal as house didn't have smoke alarm which is required now. 2 - It was nice to have the champagne however City and Country give out steak knifes and I think I would have preferred either a choice (in case I don't drink champagne - which I don't) or another type of gift like a gift voucher ect. I will definitely recommend her in the future. Sherry is a very good real estate agent and I've dealt with a number of real estate agents.
