Manipulated dates in contract after us signing it. Upon requesting extension for settlement due to finance delays, lied about vendor’s position and deposite paid by his vendor for another property. Even promised that if settlement is done within 14 days, there wouldn’t be penalties and yet charged $ 2667 extra even we did settle within 10 days. Not reliable and recommended. We trusted him and he betrayed so take everything and anything in writing from him.

I would highly recommend I told him what my husband and I wanted and he made that happen no questions asked. Was overall a great experience. Thanks for all the help
