I was impressed by Shira’s drive , professionalism and tenacity many years ago following attending an open home, so 10 years on I chose Shira to sell my own home. This was not a straightforward sale due to my being overseas, but Shira kept me informed every step of the way and was patient and the epitome of professionalism at all times. Thankyou Shira!
Buying a property unseen isn’t easy but Shira was honest, friendly, very knowledgeable about the Palm Cove market and always available to talk to on the phone, even when she had the flu!
Shira was great to work with. I purchased a property while being located in a different state. She was able to answer all questions and give honest information regarding the property. She initiated communications between myself and the current tenant, making the process run smoothly. Overall great service and would highly recommend.
Shira went above and beyond in the service that was provided. Shira was so helpful and professional in supporting us the whole way through, from first viewing to settlement. Highly recommend Shira.
I felt I was dealing with someone with great knowledge of the market who was in it for the long haul. In order to do so Shira knows that she needs to preserve her reputation of being a trustworthy agent who shows respect to both sellers and buyers. This is achieved by timely communication and honest feedback at all times.
We chose Shira because of her experience, knowledge but more importantly word of mouth recommendation from friends. from start to finish the process was seamless. As a seller, you could not wish for a more hassle free process. Well and worthily recommended.
Calm, capable, and professional. Brought a wealth of knowledge and experience when selling our apartment. Knew the market, and trends and gave expert advice on pricing and marketing.
Shira made buying a house such a breeze! We were buying our first home and found Shira was professional but with such a personal touch that made us feel right at home before we even turned the Key ! She helped me every step of the way with useful & clear information about the home and the area we have bought in ! Thank you for being there for a big moment for us !
We bought of Shira about 4 years ago and had a fabulous experience. We are from Tasmania so shira guided us all the way from afar. Right now are selling in Kewarra and when thinking of agents I wanted Shira again. She has been awesome, honest and it has been a breeze to sell.
Shira was able to answer our questions regarding the purchase of a home in Palm Cove. She was also very accommodating when we wanted a second and third look at the property before purchase and then again when it was time for an inspection just prior to settlement. Shira also came to my place so that the contract of sale could be signed which saved us going into the office. I would use Shira again if/when we decide to sell a property.
Lovely lady, very approachable, always kept us updated throughout the sale, very knowledgeable with property sales and marketing, could not have asked for a better agent, number one in our books and will definitely be in contact with Shira when we return from our 12month trip to help us purchase another property.
A pleasure having Shira take us through the buying process, felt very comfortable with help
