If you want an Agent who is professional, pro-active, personable and knows the Cairns market, Shira is the Agent for you. Shira has character and integrity and a professional calmness that is refreshing in an industry where pushy sales persons can often be the norm. I have been impressed with her "can do" attitude, her communication skills and her intelligent handling of what can often be an emotional situation, whether you are a buyer or a seller. I cannot recommend her more highly.

We’ve dealt with Shira now on a few occasions and we always have found her to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile.

Shira was highly professional at all times with excellent communications whist I was searching for a property to purchase. She went out of her way to assist when required after exchange of contracts. Best agent I dealt with whilst looking for a property over the last nine months in the Cairns Northern Beaches area, not pushy or rude like others. I would definitely use her services again when purchasing or buying properties. High recommend.

Shira sold us our block of land a couple of years ago. Since then we have touched base with her in regards to the market and keeping up to date on the area. We then decided to sell and because of the great communication we chose to ask Shira to sell our block for us. She is very knowledgeable with the market and suburb profiles etc. She also negotiated very well with the new buyer. Would definitely recommended her if you are considering Shira to sell your home :)

Shira was proactive and responsive through the entire selling process. She had excellent knowledge of the Coral Coast resort and really understood the sense of community and benefits of living in this area of Palm Cove and this convinced me to run with her as our agent and we were not disappointed. Shira always returned calls immediately was on top of the whole selling process and thought ahead to avoid delays. As a result the entire selling process was a lot smoother and less stressful than I had anticipated! Thank you for achieving excellent result.

I would highly recommend Shira when choosing an agent to purchase or when selling in the Palm Cove region. Her experience, knowledge and willingness to provide excellent dependable service is a credit to the team at Twomey Schriber Property Group… Perhaps the best in the business!

Shira has shown herself to be a very efficient agent. We have utilized her skills 3 times in the last 6 years helping us with the sale and purchase of our units within Palm Cove. The 2 sales were achieved within days of release and both offers over our expectation. Shira is always keen to sell and obviously loves her job. She has a friendly and happy persona and a delight to work with! Highly recommend. Thanks again Shira.

We have dealt with Shira from Twomey Schriber previously. Her knowledge and helpful is second to none. Would highly recommend her for both buying and selling.

A wonderful communicator With us being located in Sydney it was always going to be difficult finding the right property Shira held our hands through the process making it stress free and we are delighted to finally secure our retirement destination Happy to recommend Shira to all whether buying or selling

Really good to work with a real estate agent & team that isn’t pushing every minute in respectfully I’ve been a buyer & seller a couple of times but have always had bad experiences with other agents in the region An easy going buyer or seller deserves an easy going professional agent I would definitely recommend Shira & the teams 5 star service Thanks Shira & team

Great honest realistic and prompt communication with us throughout the process. Rescued us after the previous agent had excessively inflated our expectations.

Shira was fantastic every step of the way in the sale of my investment property. Her and the team at Twomey Schrober provided advice, answered questions and gave it a personal touch which I really apprecaited.
