A big thanks to Shira for helping us with our move back to Palm Cove after living in the treetops of Smithfield Heights! Shira was very helpful keeping us informed of the progress of the sale especially as in this case there was a considerable gap between the sale of our property and Settlement on our new place.
Great interstate buying experience with Shira. A lovely lady who ticks all the boxes.
Shira provided excellent service from our very first phone call all the way through the purchase of our very first home. We can’t thank Shira enough for helping us get our purchase over the line particularly as we were buying from a far. We would highly recommend working with Shira for all your real estate needs.
Shira was great from start to finish. She got us a great price, was fast and efficient. She was clear in her communication and what the market was doing, and achieved a fantastic result for us. She spent a lot of time with the purchaser as it was a remote purchaser but not investor. So she had a lot of work to do and we couldn't be happier with the result.
Shira and Maddison were great agents. They were knowledgeable about the property l purchase and the area l purchased it in. Nothing was too much bother for them. As the buyer l was extremely happy with the service provided.
We gave Shira a try after several attempts to sell our property with various agents. Shira is a true professional from start to finish, who understands customer service, which is relatively rare in this region. I believe buyer and seller were both happy with the outcome.
Shira knows her market well and provided good advice that helped us achieve a great sale price within a short period of time.
Shira was an absolute delight to deal with. Always approachable and she has gone above and beyond in our dealings with not only purchasing the house, but also requests post settlement period.
As interstate buyers we did not have the local knowledge we needed to quickly find the services we needed. Shira was very helpful in putting us in contact with the right people and providing us with anything we needed. She made the process seamless for us as buyers.
Remote viewing from interstate was a breeze. Shira was quick to respond to all our enquiries and provided supporting documents promptly.
Shira's market knowledge, open communication and honest and professional manner resulted in great outcomes for us. We highly recommend Shira. Thank you again!
Words cannot express the amazing results that Shira is able to produce, three properties over the years she has sold for me and every time got well above any expectations.
