I have no hesitation in recommending Shira for selling your home. A skilled negotiator, attentive to detail, always keeping you up to date throughout the whole process whether it was good or not so good news. Joanne and I wish Shira the best for the future.

Thank you Shira for all your hard work, enthusiasm and your professional approach which contributed to the successful sale of our property. Your persistence and professional approach is greatly appreciated and we would highly recommend you to any potential client. Tracey

Couldn't be happier with Shira's work. Went above & beyond with all aspects of selling our property. Kept us up to date all through the process & sorted any issues as required. Highly recommend Shira, Thanks for all your work.

from the very first week of appointing Shira as our agent I could see we were going to get the very best result. Her preparation and hours she dedicated to getting our property to market was so thorough and truly professional. I did say to my wife after the first two weeks I believe Shira has earned her salary already. Her attitude towards us and the buyers was polite and factual, her advice turned out to be absolutely correct. Shira was recommended to us by friends who had a great experience dealing with her and i would have no hesitation in recommending Shira to any one interested in selling their property. 10/10

Shira is worth 10 stars! The searching and purchasing of a property is a daunting process but honestly Shira went above and beyond! This experienced lady helped us with every question and process and was available with her time when we needed her. The whole experience just flowed and we are very happy clients! Thank you Shira!

Good buy and sell all went smoothly

The entire process of buying our house in Cairns Northern Beaches was made effortless thanks to the guidance and support provided by Shira at Elite Real Estate. As a new arrival to Queensland, I was slightly daunted with the prospect of negotiating a purchase, whilst juggling with a full time job and a home on the market over two thousand kilometres away. My concerns were unwarranted as Shira went the extra mile to conclude the process without a hitch. I only wish that she could have provided such a wonderful service for the sale of my house in NSW.

Shira really was excellent at presenting our unit and it was great we had so many replies and views before we sold. I would recommend Shira to anyone selling in the Cairns & Beaches area.

Thank you Shira for your professional approach and dealings with both both parties as it rare to have an agent that conducts themselves in a manner that reflects having both the seller and buyer best interests at heart. I have no doubt this demeanor will please any prospective clients looking to deal with an agent with the utmost integrity and willingness to achieve results for all.

Shira is a unique agent in the Cairns region. After dealing with various agents in the area that promise a great deal and deliver next to nothing, I gave Shira a chance after seeing her great sales figures online. Shira provided the service, communication and respect to the owner that I had not seen before. Apart from getting a great price for my apartment, Shira did not once compromise her stance on the value she felt she could achieve on the sale. Instead of trying to get a quick sale, Shira tried different marketing tactics and worked tirelessly which eventually paid off. I would have no hesitation in entrusting another property with Elite Real Estate and Shira. Alex Kolenda
