This is our second property purchase from Shira now and both times we have found Shira to be extremely professional, while also very friendly and approachable. Very thoughtful throughout the whole process and couldn't recommend Shira highly enough to help you sell or find your next property.
Shira and her team were fabulous during the sale of our property. We purchased this property through Shira and when it came time to sell we chose her and the team at Twomey Schriber Property Group for their attention to detail, friendly and professional service. Thank you very much.
We had an incredible experience with Shira. Her honesty and dedication were unmatched, and she managed to secure a fantastic buyer for us in record time. Shira's professionalism and efficiency made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell their property quickly and effectively!
Shira David Stern Did an absolutely perfect job, my house was under contract with in a week.!! Shira always had time for me and my endless questions. Shira was very professional but friendly and helpful all the way through. I couldn’t ask for a better Realestate agent . I wish Shira only the best here career and privet life.
Shira was amazing, from kicking off the pre-sale preparations to post settlement. It was our first time selling a property so we were a little clueless and nervous! Shira patiently and gracefully walked us through every step of the selling process while making some beneficial recommendations to best present our property for sale. We are so glad we followed Shira’s recommendations to the tee - as it helped achieve a great result! She is extremely talented and experienced in her role and her intuition is on point. We really appreciated Shira’s honest and genuine nature, as we know sometimes that can be hard to come by in the sales industry. It was truly refreshing to work with Shira. Shira kept us updated every step of the way and was only a phone call away if we did have the odd question (or two haha!) here and there. Our selling experience with Shira was really stress-free and smooth-sailing. She achieved a great outcome for us, as a result of her recommendations, negotiation skills and expertise. Our property was under contact within a few days after the first open home! Shira exceeded our expectations and we honestly could not recommend her more even if we tried! She is a superstar agent and we are so grateful for her hard work! Thank you Shira - we appreciate you! Should we ever sell again in the future, you will be our first call! Jules & Yuvi

Shira, is so professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Happy to answer any questions or queries about the sale. Always keeping me informed about the sale. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of engaging in Shira’s business and would not hesitate to use her again. I highly recommend Shira to any potential vendor or purchaser, Shira knows what she is talking about and nothing is to much for her.
all aspects of sale process were well handled by Shira and the team at TSPC
Shira helped us to secure our dream property- acreage by the beach. Great negotiations through some unusual circumstances and a longer than usual settlement there we still managed to get in earlier than we thought and begin our next adventure. The whole team were professional and helpful throughout. Thanks.
