Shira was great in selling this tenanted property. She managed a difficult situation with the tenants while maintaining the interest of potential buyers.

Shira is such a wonderful woman! She help me from the beginning to the end of me buying a beautiful home. My experience with Shira was just fantastic!! I’m so grateful with everything she did. I would highly recommend Shira when selling or purchasing a home.

Shira achieved an excellent result for the sale of my home. I have sold through Shira previously, her market knowledge, approach and conduct of the sales process was fully engaged and the outcome exceeded my expectations. She has a natural communication manner and achieves great rapport with prospective buyers. Her administrative preparation is thorough, communication reliable, she actively managed all enquiries and inspections in her usual highly professional manner. Thank you Shira for the excellent result.

Five star performance & highly recommend Shira as a top class Real Estate agent.

Shira was excellent in her knowledge of the Real Estate Market, communicated throughout the whole process and we had an excellent and prompt sale of our property!

Would highly recommend Shira to any person wanting to sell or purchase property. Shira communicates throughout the whole process, is very knowledgeable and explains everything in simple terms. Thank-you Shira for all your hard work!

Shira showed us one apartment and we gave feedback on what did and didn't work for us. From this she was able to find us exactly what we wanted in a very short period of time. She was always on time and very responsive and incredibly knowlegable and willing to share what she knew. I highly recommend her.

Shira was very professional and has a great deal of knowledge on local real estate markets and trends. Shira has a very friendly demeanour and makes you feel at ease in the decision making process. I was very impressed and signed up immediately to have Shira sell my property which sold within 2 days of going on the market. I cannot thanks Shira enough for the service received. I highly recommend Shira and Twomey Schriber.

Shira knows the market and is a good operator. Thank you for securing a sale in a difficult market.
