Shiraz made purchasing my new home a stress free and easy process. Right from initial contact before the open house through to settlement, he was easy to communicate with, supportive and very efficient at keeping the process moving. His recommendations were very helpful and he would always check in regularly with me to see everything was okay. I would highly recommend Shiraz to anyone buy or selling a home.
Pleasure of a estate agent, really helped me get what i wanted with my budget. Everything was explained in a simple way to understand. And he has good jokes too
I'm Sydney based and had an investment property in QLD. It was a bit of a unique property so not easy to sell because of the plot size and shape and demographics of the area. Shiraz not only managed to arrange an excellent sale (win-win for both buyer and seller) his communication, honesty and transparency throughout the process was a breath of fresh air. I didn't feel I was dealing with a property agent, but with a friend who I could trust to play a straight bat and achieve the objective of all concerned parties. Whenever next I venture into the QLD property market, Shiraz will be the only person I'd call to seek advice and assistance.
Shiraz, Shiraz, Shiraz! The best of them all. Shiraz is an experienced professional that is communicative, dedicated and approachable. He has used the finest of his skills and knowledge of the industry in order to help benefit us on the purchase of our home. He was very proactive and is willing to disclosed of as much information as required in a timely manner. Which I highly recommend for first home buyer/owners. If you are looking for an agent to work with on your realestate journey. I highly recommend Shiraz!
That I'm saying, he is not a agent he is hand's of God. He helped me like a brother to a sister. As a single mother I always had stressed to buying house because I didn't know anything but he showed me all the steps. God bless him and his family 👪. Five 🌟
I was very happy & satisfied with Shiraz Hajee time & efforts he put in for me over the course of the purchasing journey from start till now week out from settlement. I couldn't have asked for a better agent in my eyes he exceeded his role in the purchase & for that I highly recommend him & will most definitely be working with him again in the near future. Cheers, Charles G.
We found Shiraz Hajee easy to be approached. Always giving his informed views and guiding us in the right direction through out the settlement process. We found him easy to be trusted, this journey would not be possible and happened without his help and support. We would recommend anyone looking out for property to touch base with Shiraz Hajee. Thank you so much 🙏 😊
My wife and I recently purchased a unit from Shiraz. At all times he was courteous, helpful and professional, going above and beyond. He guided us through the process and made everything feel seamless. Would absolutely recommend him as an agent!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! For a few months, I was looking for a suitable first home to move-in. I met Shiraz at an Open Home in Redbank Plains, I didn't like the house but found Shiraz to be very honest in his approach, I blindly trusted him to find the right property for me and he not only found me a near new home in Park Ridge but also helped me through ever step of the sale. I highly recommend him and wish him the very best. If you looking to buy, sell or invest in Real Estate, then Shiraz is your man. Thank you once again Shiraz for all your efforts in finding me my dream home.
