Friendly and informative
Shona is professional and knowledgeable. She is happy to answer any questions or concerns anytime of the day and she worked well with all parties to provide the best outcome for everybody involved. Shona made the negotiating process easy and kept us informed. We are still waiting for settlement but Shona has done everything possible to make the move a smooth transition. Cannot fault her work ethics and would recommend her to prospective buyers & sellers.
