Awesome Agent

Katie was very professional and patient throughout the stages of selling our house. It was our very first home that we bought so it was our very first house that we sold. We didn't know where to begin, what to do and we started panicking. Katie assured us that everything is going to be fine and she provided us with great advice on what we had to do to get the house ready for sale. We only had 1 home opening and with that came 2 offers where 1 was accepted, We sold in Sept 2024 and moved into our now forever home 21 days later.
