If you want a real estate agent to go the extra mile you want Sian!! Sian's ideas on how to present the house for sale and sales techniques got us what we needed to sell for!! Attention to detail and communication skills was exceptional, not someone that messes around. Sian's extra attention to detail and communication through the whole process was excellent. Sian kept both parties in the loop the whole time which was great.
