From day one Sian kept me fully informed, her knowledge of the local market surprised me she is one very switched Lady. If I ever have the need again for any realestate dealings I will be tracking her down. It would be crazy not to use her talent for sales or purchase. She took me through both sides selling and buying without any problems at all
Sian was so kind and was able to help myself and my partner secure a property when we had no where to go! Can not fault Sian. She even helped us be able to settle early.
I found sian very helpful and professional. Good communication and made herself available for contact
My experience with Sian selling my property was professional, friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to Sian for your expertise and getting a great price.
Sian is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care about hers clients. she was more than helpful in finding us a house in Nowra. She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range! She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.
I would like to say that I am very happy with the work of Sian Silk-King in respect of the sale of my house and purchase of another. I could not have wished for a better person to attend to all that was involved. Sian was always attentive to my enquiries and needs and treated me with the greatest respect. I would gladly recommend Sian Silk-King to anyone wishing to sell or buy a home.
I have bought & sold a number of properties in the Shoalhaven over the last 30yrs, with my recent sale & purchase handled by Sian being the most successful & stress free. Sian's ability to quickly assess market trends, envisage a properties potential, along with her research into fluctuations & growth areas ment her regular property appraisals/advice were both informative and useful. Sian maintained a high level of professionalism throughout both transactions...... positively guiding my decisions whilst still being sensitive to my personal requirements. I consider Sian to be honest with a great deal of integrity & would strongly recommend her to any person wishing to sell or buy a property.
Sian responded promptly when I enquired about a property of interest. She also called me to discuss the property in detail. At the Open Home Sian greeted me instantly and was gracious and professional. Queries and questions were answered with transparency and a great general knowledge of the home and the location. The process of negotiating the sale to eventual settlement was effortless. I would highly recommend Sian to any potential vendor. Her ability to represent her vendor is unparalleled.
Sian listened to our goal and worked extremely hard to make it a reality achieving a local record at the same time- all whilst delivering her baby!!! An amazingly talented agent Who I couldn’t recommend more highly
Sian has an honest and friendly manner. She made our purchase easy and stress free. Sian was also very professional and patient with us during our numerous pre and post purchase viewings. In short I found her to be a rare find!!
I cant say enough about her expertise, she was excellent in all aspects of the sale,I would highly recommend her to anybody who wishes to buy or sell.
