Simar has very good understanding about real estate market and he gave us good suggestions to get better price.

Simar has been excellent and very professional and advising for our next purchase. He is very knowledgeable and down to earth in achieving the right outcome for both buyer and seller.

Simar Gill along with Nilufar Toray-safi and Daniel were very professional. They were in touch with the local market, communicated with us regularly with updates of open home times and subsequent reports. They were friendly; they were punctual. We would highly recommend their services!

Today, it is very difficult to find an Agent that you can trust and confide in to handle the sale of your most prized possession, your home. Simar handled our Auction campaign in a most professional manner and as a result he assisted us to achieve the maximum sale price for our home. His vast experience in selling properties and knowledge of our area and the surrounding suburbs was a great asset to us to achieve an effective strategy for the sale of our property. Simar’s interaction with the potential buyers and ourselves was outstanding and he ensured that the buyers interest was maintained right up until the Auction day. The number of people who attended on the day of our Auction was testimony to this. Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Simar to anyone who wants to obtain the best possible price for their home along with the peace of mind that honesty and integrity is maintained.

Simar Gill is a trustworthy and professional real estate agent who goes above and beyond for his clients. His approachable nature, clear communication, and expertise make the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend working with him!

Simar and Chris were so easy to talk to and super informative. It was the first time selling, and we had so many questions and uncertainties. But they guided us every step of the way to make it a flawless process. They gave updates, set realistic expectations, and were transparent with us. This was our first house, to which we built so many memories and attachments. Simar understood that and ultimately lead us to the result with wished for. 5 stars, no doubt at all.

Hard to come across an agent who is honest, respectful, understands the market in-depth and is ready to go over and beyond to meet sellers needs. That's Simar, Chris and team in a nutshell. Wishing them the best!!

Great advice given by Simar while refurbishing the property, resulted in an above expected result. Simar was very professional and had a high standard of service. Would definitely recommend him to any prospective seller.

Simar has been brilliant to work with from start to finish. I was courted by a lot of agents and almost everybody promised the price I wanted but could never explain how will they do it. Simar was very knowledgeable about the area and the market in particular. He kept me updated at all times and made sure that we hit higher than my walk away price. Highly recommend Simar & team.
