From Home inspection to contacting about details and final purchase, I have seen only professionalism and fine execution of fiduciary obligations towards his clients. He professionally executed the highest offers on phone and sold above clients expectations. It was easy to deal with and Happy to see his work. Wish him good luck.
The team knows the area very well. They came up with the selling plan very quickly. They kept me on the loop all the times including how many people went to the home opens and if anyone showed interest. The team did follow up with the potential buyers too. I am so glad I put my property under the Stone Real Estate Parramatta for sale.
Easy to deal with and very friendly, responded quickly and was always willing to help!
Realistic appraisal of properties value,. Price achieved in one week on market.Efficient, courteous.
I must say it was a very short working relationship with Simar and the team, which as a seller is a great outcome. Simar was professional and very knowledgeable of the area. He provided great insight and was able to utilise his networking to get the best outcome for us. I would recommend 100% in using Simar.
Simar is professional, efficient, and fast responding. And he is super approachable and answered all my questions and gave me many great advices. The whole process is smooth and the detailed report after each inspection was very impressive. I would recommend Simar without any hesitation.
Simar's approachability is of the highest calibre and nothing was too hard. My experience was a delight. Simar and Chris went above and beyond what the majority of agents in Parramatta that I have experienced were prepared to do, if you managed to reach them. I continually felt supported and the honesty was beyond approach. Simar is an extremely knowledgeable agent of the highest level.
Imagine finding ..... a real estate agent who is honest, reliable, knows his market area inside and out and has endless patience to deal with picky requirements. An agent who has the ability to observe you at open homes and recommend only suitable properties so as not to waste your time pushing all listings. An agent who will always call you back and you don't have to chase. An agent who is always happy, quietly spoken and respectful to all, a gentleman. An agent who goes above and beyond to make your buying journey stress free and who cares for both vendor and buyer. Simar Gill is that agent. Thankyou Simar. It was a pleasure to go through my buying experience with you.
After meeting with several Real Estate agents, we chose Stone for their professionalism and were certainly not disappointed after such a successful outcome at our auction. Simar Gill lead our campaign and we were impressed by his constant communication throughout the weeks prior to auction. On auction day you could not fault the process, and were very impressed with the number of staff in attendance as each bidder was appointed a staff member to guide them. Selling in a multicultural suburb, Simar was the perfect choice of agent with his ability to communicate in the required language which definitely added the personal touch and assisted in securing the successful bidder. Well done to Simar and his team.
I found Simar after looking for an agent who was getting good results. Simar and I conducted the whole sale process online, which was perfect for someone like me who has a busy work life. Simar and the team kept me updated along the way and secured me a sale after the first open house. He was so pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks Simar!
Samir is very passionate about his work. He followed me up everyday and when I left a voicemail he always called me back
Simar, Chris and Chloe did such a wonderful job helping us to sell our property. They gave excellent advice, worked extremely hard, even late at night, and ensured that we were communicated to through our the process. They even got more than we expected in the current market. We could not fault them! Would highly recommend working with them.
