Simon was very professional from day one, kept up his communication throughout the entire process. What makes Simon different than most agents, he communicates the entire process in significant detail, as well as once a sale of a property has gone through. He is not there to apply pressure in taking an offer, which in turn gives you the satisfaction his not there to cheat you, highly recommended trustworthy agent!
What I enjoyed most about working with Simon was his communication. He called when he said he would and he always responded promptly. He listened and was respectful of what my priorities were.
