Simon was the agent for our dream harbour view unit in the Darwin cbd. From the first call to enquire (although in the early evening), Simon was was friendly and welcoming. He was knowledgeable of the property and outlined all the relevant details before booking us in for a viewing a couple of days later. Simon was on time and armed with answers for any questions we threw at him. Had a good chat and put down an offer. From there it was all business and things moved very quickly, which is really what everyone involved needs.
