I had meet Simon Connelly previously, when I purchased a property from him . I found he was very professional and could answer most question about the property and very easy to talk to you. When it came to the time of selling my property a few months later. I didn't hesitate to contact Simon to be the agent to sell my home. Simon had done his homework on the market values in the area and would say he was very close of reaching that value. He is excellent in his communication, I could set my clock to when he would make the regular phone call to inform me where we are at. He gave us ideas as we prepared the house for sale . It was a longer settlement time due to finance . But he was following though at all times over that time frame until settlement date. At no time did I feel there was any lack of communication, which I believe is so important for a seller or a buyer, as most times its something that none of us have ever done in our life and we need to have a dedicated agent to help us though the process. Simon didn't let me down, he was the same as when I purchased a property to when I sold my home with current market values, professionalism and the best at communication.
