I found Simon very knowledgeable about the homes in my area. When selling my home, Simon gave me advice on what I needed to do. . I followed his instructions and my house sold after the first open.. 9 days after it went on the market

I would not recommend his service to anyone. Unfortunately at no point did he fight for us a customer of seller of property he was more busy convincing me on a lower price. We felt forced to sell at a ridiculous low price .
