We met Simon Doak more than 20 years ago and intermittently crossed paths and sought his advice occasionally as to whether we should sell our home. Simon’s advice was proven to be of a high quality and sincere. It never came with the afterthought ‘but if you decide to sell, I would love to act as your agent’. We first engaged Simon in 2015 to sell a property of an elderly woman who we were assisting. She had lived in the property all her life. Simon took it on board and achieved a result that was far more than ever expected. More importantly was Simon’s interaction with this elderly woman who had lived alone for nearly 40 years. This has secured us a solid result and will allow us to move on to our future forever home.
