Simon was the third agent I signed to sell my 1890’s Paddington terrace. I should have picked him first. Never any pressure. No attempt to manipulate me. He always kept me updated. I never had to chase him up. Very knowledgeable. I was happy with the sale and satisfied he got me a fair market price. Simon is very pleasant to deal with.
