Simon gave a very friendly and familiar feel which is why we chose him. Simon wasn’t great at communicating back to us when interested buyers come through which meant our house was on the market longer than preferred. We were told he had a strong approach with getting buyers to increase their amount but we did not see that. He did get the job done so that’s all we could ask for at the end of the day.

Having never dealt with estate agents before I had no idea how to choose one to sell my mothers house. I met with a couple of agents of which Simon was first. After speaking with him I knew he had the job straight away! He is a very down to earth and genuine person. He suggested a very realistic price and achieved it for us in just 6 days!
