Simon gave a very friendly and familiar feel which is why we chose him. Simon wasn’t great at communicating back to us when interested buyers come through which meant our house was on the market longer than preferred. We were told he had a strong approach with getting buyers to increase their amount but we did not see that. He did get the job done so that’s all we could ask for at the end of the day.
