Definitely recommend again

We invited Simon to give us a market appraisal for our rental property. He was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market. The house sold at the high end of his valuation, which we were very pleased with.

This is the 2nd time we have used Simon and would not hesitate to do so again. He is always professional and is a good communicator. He knows the market well and is honest and trustworthy. We highly recommend his services.

I found Simon very knowledgeable with market value and house sales in area he also kept us well formed

I would not hesitate to use Harcourts and Simon for future sales, and recommend them to friends and family

Simon was a great help in assisting us getting our investment property prepared for sale and then achieved a sale at a great price after just one week. Would highly recommend Simon to any potential sellers.

We appreciate Simon’s advice, hard work and knowledge. Happy customers!

Simon gave a very friendly and familiar feel which is why we chose him. Simon wasn’t great at communicating back to us when interested buyers come through which meant our house was on the market longer than preferred. We were told he had a strong approach with getting buyers to increase their amount but we did not see that. He did get the job done so that’s all we could ask for at the end of the day.

Having never dealt with estate agents before I had no idea how to choose one to sell my mothers house. I met with a couple of agents of which Simon was first. After speaking with him I knew he had the job straight away! He is a very down to earth and genuine person. He suggested a very realistic price and achieved it for us in just 6 days! Simon is very easy to contact and makes you feel like you're talking to an old friend. Many thanks Simon!

Wonderful to work with and nothing was too much trouble.

Simon sold our house quickly and for the price we were after, When Simon says he will call you or text back, he will.
