If you want someone that goes above and beyond Simon is the guy. Made our sale super easy from the other side of the country and went out of his way to organise things that needed to be done. The information flow right from the beginning was exceptional. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Simon was a easy to deal with and prompt to respond to any request we made. He was a pleasure to deal with when purchasing our new home.

Simon was professional in every interaction, and followed up diligently with potential leads on our property. He managed to negotiate a sale within 3 weeks of running open houses. Simon communicated well and was honest with us every step that we took.

I want to acknowledge and sincerely thank Simon Field for all that he did to ensure the sale of my mum's retirement home, producing a fantastic result in a niche market. Right from day one Simon brought out his whole team out to mum's house showing me his true commitment and maximising its sale prospects. Simon's ongoing hands on approach, real attention to detail coupled with his interpersonal and negotiating skills meant mum's home sold sooner than i thought at a really good price. Thank again so much Simon.

Simon was great in the way he handled the whole process with the purchase of our new property, he handled all the intricacies of the purchase, he assistance with the conveyancer and any questions that came up. I have hesitation in recommending Simon and the agency to any prospective Byers or sellers. Too bad that he’s a Carlton supporter🤪🤪🤩, job well done Simon.

I had a very smooth easy transaction . Sold the house on first inspection. I was given an honest appraisal and the price I got was spot on

We found Simon Field to be a complete gentleman in relation to this transaction. His knowledge of the market was never put into any question his communication skills were excellent as was his professionalism. We did not know Simon prior to our selection of him as our agent but would recommend him to anybody who is looking for an honest agent.

Simon has successfully sold my property within one month of its being listed. He always keeps me up to date with selling progress and very professional in his approach.
