Living interstate brought many challenges with selling our rental especially with tenants that we in cooperative and painful to work with. Simon went above and beyond in getting our house presentable and ready for inspections and nothing was an issue and he took initiative in improving areas to help get us a better sale price. I highly recommend Simon as he will give his all to get you the best buyer and price
Simon was great to deal with, he knew the market and provided excellent advice. He sold my property within 4 days of the first inspection. There is no better name to use in Berwick than Simon Field.
We made the right decision entrusting Simon with our property in Berwick. As a local, he knows the area really well and has been in the industry for a long time. He responds to call/texts right away and takes all the hassle for you. Best of all, he sold our property on our first open house day! :) :)
We have recently bought our first home and would like to thank Simon for the exceptional level of services that he provided.
Simon was extremely quick to respond to any queries I had with the purchase of my home. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with him over the past couple of months and I highly recommend him to someone wanting to purchase a home.
Simon was recommended by a friend who had experienced the difference between the average Real Estate Agent and an exceptional one. We signed with Simon within an hour of meeting him! Real Estate is not Simon’s job, it’s his career! His knowledge, experience and professionalism meant we could relax and let him do what he does best. Simon sold our house within 2 days of it being listed and for above the top end listed price. Thank you Simon.
