First up impression of Simon was a happy and friendly person wanting to engage us in conversation (football.. Sadly he was a Carlton supporter) ( Mountain bike) His knowledge of the property was comprehensive. The follow up after the open day was at the close of the day which suited me. I haven't had much contact with him since the signing of the contract however and I do feel a little abandoned having to chase to arrange an inspection prior to hand over. ( this may or may not be his responsibility but it might be something that might be a good customer service to provide) Overall I was happy with his professionalism though.

What i value most is the proficiency and passion in particular area. Simon has both, although our house has been on the market at quite unlucky time (prices were down remarkably) he managed to organise every necessary detail and house has been sold at first two week of inspections, getting reasonable price considering the market at the time. During that time he was keeping communication active, giving important feedback, taking most of hassle works on his shoulders.
