The purchase of this property was not a straightforward exercise. There were complications for myself as the buyer and complications also from the seller. Throughout a complicated and drawn out process Simon was always Professional, Personable and Diligent. This was the fourth property I have bought plus there were others that I got close to buying. In at least two cases I felt the agent was pushy or deceptive or misleading. In two cases I felt the agent was professional but just doing their job. I have had a sense throughout this purchase that, yes, Simon was doing his job, but he was doing it very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending him
