Simon also promised regular updates and I could call him anytime. Promises are one thing what about results? Not only did I receive very regular updates by phone, I received extensive and thorough weekly reports on marketing responses that includes so much information on open days on what people thought and perspective buyers and mood of room it was as if I was at each open day. Property was only listed for 25 days and sold for a price above my expectation in the price range he predicted. Now in my book that is results and someone who delivered on their promises.
