I could not fault Simon’s professionalism and responsiveness. The advertising campaign was excellent and the open for inspections were well managed. Simon’s level of communication was outstanding both with me and prospective purchasers. This, combined with Simon’s tenacity ultimately delivered the sale.

Brilliant.

The whole process using Greg Hocking (Simon Gowling) was brilliant and more importantly gave both my wife and I a genuine experience. Experience counts in a tough market

Exceptional communication, professional, ethical and knowledgeable are the hallmarks of the best agents. Attributes claimed by many but possessed by few. Simon is among the latter. It was these attributes that proved decisive in the toughest market in more than 20 years. Look no further is the bottom line. For the record, I have bought and sold a number of houses and dealt with each of the agents in the process.
