Very well supported and understanding

I met Simon through an auction of a house in the neighbourhood and from first greeting I knew immediately he was the man for the job. Not only was he well presented, but his communication was very upfront, no BS but not arrogant either. From our meeting at his office to the time of actual sale, Simon was always there on my beckon call and even went out of his way during his off time to show clients through. Although the sale got passed in originally, Simon was very patient and understanding of my situation. He kept re-assuring and guided me through the market situation with clear pros & cons from both side and supported me in whatever my decision. In the end the Sale EXCEEDED expectation.
