Mellissa helped with the décor of the apartment, proving the finishing touches, and making sure it looked neat for opens. Our carpets and possessions were treated with respect, and nothing was damaged. Simon is a great communicator, and kept us up to date through the process, he was available 24/7, and always returned calls, and provided answers to our questions. Extensive notes on potential buyers, were provided after each open, and he would call to discuss interested parties. Simon negotiated a price which was above the offer received. He is very energetic, and worked happily and tirelessly to extract the best possible price. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

Simon is a very resourceful person. He is also passionate about real estate business. He helped me in many ways. For example, he provided a reasonable price guide, opened home for my personal inspection on request, helped me secure the property on the auction floor, opened home for me and my architectural consultants many times after sale. We were extremely impressed with the way Simon handled every aspect of our property sale. Right at the start, he identified the best strategy for maximising buyer interest. Prior to the property going on the market he managed all the preparatory work incredibly well, scheduling the various contractors and ensuring they undertook the work required at the right time. Throughout the sales process, he kept us continually informed about progress, with extremely detailed feedback about the open days and the views expressed by every group who saw round the property, following up meticulously on everyone who was potentially interested in buying. Simon Greenfield surprised me from start to finish with his utter professionalism. He helped us so much getting the property ready, and then followed through consistently from day 1 of the campaign until auction day, with the same focused energy and application. A lot of agents talk the talk when getting you to sign up, then do the minimum required to get a sale. Not Simon. He walked the walk all the way through. The two things that stood out for me in the experience were his positive attitude and his communication and organisational skills. Each week we had an accurate picture of the sales process. Simon was sensational to deal with, he was up front with what he knew could get the owner to agree to in regards to the price and he was spot on. Simon was SUPER responsive all of the time even after we'd paid the deposit, and he was able to get us access every time for additional viewings.
