We had more than 70 buyers come through our house on open inspection times. Although our house is lovely, the steepness of the block was an issue for many families. We did have to adjust our expectations somewhat in terms of price but Simon guided us through the process with regular communications on buyer feedback, discussions around strategy and sound advise. At no time did we feel pressured by him and decisions were made together with us fully informed. It was definitely a team approach which we appreciated. Although the market value was lower than we anticipated we did get a satisfactory result in the end and Simon and Kim made the process very smooth and seamless. Simon and Kim's team were also very professional and the auctioneer Andrew did a great job trying to get momentum and the highest price on the day with the 2 registered bidders. I also want to give a shout out to Lily who coordinated our trades people and helped me with staging with her good eye for detail. Selling a house is very stressful but we felt we were in competent hands all the way. Simon had the hard job of marketing my property during the height of Covid compounded with the fact that I was on a battle axe block with a shared drive and not a typical frontage. Despite all of the obstacles Simon and his team stuck with the task and manged to secure a sale for me, overcoming buyers objections masterfully.

We had privately tested the market with two agents in 2019 and were promised the world, but as is often the case, neither delivered. We decided to do a full sales campaign with Simon (as luck would have it, 5 days before COVID restrictions were announced). Nonetheless he was sure he could find the right buyer and get us the result we wanted, even if it took a little longer. We persevered, and within 6 weeks, and in a floundering market, he delivered exactly what he promised. He was definitely pro-active with the sales process, and only bought through super qualified buyers. He communicated regularly and honestly with us throughout the campaign, and did not pressure us to "settle" for early offers.
