We had privately tested the market with two agents in 2019 and were promised the world, but as is often the case, neither delivered. We decided to do a full sales campaign with Simon (as luck would have it, 5 days before COVID restrictions were announced). Nonetheless he was sure he could find the right buyer and get us the result we wanted, even if it took a little longer. We persevered, and within 6 weeks, and in a floundering market, he delivered exactly what he promised. Simon has a strong knowledge of the Lane Cove and Riverview market, and an impressive sales history to match. He was definitely pro-active with the sales process, and only bought through super qualified buyers. He communicated regularly and honestly with us throughout the campaign, and did not pressure us to "settle" for early offers. I would definitely use Simon again in the future, or recommend him as an agent. On a side note, all of his team that we had dealings with throughout the process were amazing. Nothing was to much trouble, they were lovely and professional. Could not fault the whole process from beginning to end.

Simon was very hands on, excellent communication and faultless advice. Knows the area really well and was able to find lots of “qualified” buyers. Unfortunately, CV19 meant we did not really reap the full benefits of that. In saying that Simon got a great result in very challenging circumstances!!
