We met Simon at the property; it was a private sale. He showed us the house multiple times and was always happy to share his knowledge. The initial price that was mentioned that would likely secure the property went up after our initial offer (due to the vendors wishes). This was the only thing that threw us a little. Apart from that it was a straight forward and professional service.
