He worked very hard & responded promptly to all our concerns & enquiries. He successfully obtained a good price in difficult conditions. The only blemish was on the day before the auction when there was a miscommunication between Simon & the Executors. This came to nothing however, but is the main reason he has a good, rather than excellent rating.
