Simon achieved a far better price than we expected, and sold in less than a week. He was accessible at all times. He also negotiated the purchase of our new property at a price far below the asking price. How many agents would do that in their own time. We could not be hap[pier and we would recommend Simon without hesitation, which we have done, Cheers.
