Hello, In order to understand how Simon has become my Saviour, I need to write a little story about myself. My name is Rebecca and within the last 5 years my life has changed dramatically and emotionally. First of all I lost my 22 year old son who drowned while out fishing, then my marriage was under a lot of stress and pressure so I decided to leave my husband. When we got married we bought a investment property in Algester and our own occupied home in Springwood. This is where we first met Simon who was selling the Springwood property which we bought. At the time my husband owned a property in Slacks Creek. Simon helped us to sell the property in Slacks Creek and buy the property in Springwood. He made the process of selling and buying, so easy for us. He took us through every step of what we needed to do. My husband and I have very strong old school ways so to speak and we take a long time to process things in our heads. Simon helped us to understand everything, he was like a teacher to us and he made us feel so confident and very happy with the decisions we made by explaining the most complicated wording of the documents before signing. Simon was very supportive and always available to answer any questions that we had. He worked very hard and even went over and above his own expectations. He was very respectful and earned our trust, which is very hard to do with my husband. I highly recommend Simon to anyone. He has the expertise and knowledge of a real estate agent.
