We chose Simon after asking a couple of local real estate agents around for a market appraisal to sell our property in Slacks Creek in August this year. He did not pressure us into things that the other agents tried to do-eg: paying massive marketing fees upfront, going to auction when we said we didn't want to etc. Instead we found him to be a genuine, honest guy who is very easy to deal with. He was upfront with any details we asked, gave excellent advice and was in regular contact with us and as well as prospective buyers throughout the whole process so we were getting feedback the whole time how things were going which was great. He really seemed to go the extra mile to get the best sale price possible which in our case led to 2 signed letters of offers to choose from at the asking price within a week of putting our house on the market, so we were very happy with the end result. My wife and I would definitely talk to Simon again next time we need to buy/sell, and will be happy to refer anyone to him in the future.
