I rarely if ever rate anything or anyone as five stars, but I have no alternative in the case of Simon McGrath and his real estate team. The most impressive part of the entire selling process was that they did what they said they'd do and they did it professionally, on time and to a high standard. At all times they were friendly and efficient. When a major problem arose, they dealt with it calmly and effectively. Simon McGrath was the agent through whom we bought the house in 2001 and who sold our house in 2015. If he and his team (special thanks to John Hunter and Alice Newson) are not around next time we're ready to sell, I don't know what we'll do.

We came across Simon 4 years ago when buying a house through another agent he was very proactive at chasing interested parties. So when selling 2 Batnfield Road he seemed like a good choice. The partnership with John Hunter works very well you can always get one of them on the phone. John even answered texts at 10.30pm. John had a very good understanding of the potential buyers. The girls in the office were great and very proactive. The weekly reports were good haven't had that before when selling. Very positive experience glad we stuck to our guns on reserve price at auction.
