★★★★★ We had a great experience with Simon from @realty. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to assist us from start to finish. Simon is a genuine local who clearly cares about the community and is a fantastic advocate for the town. His local knowledge, communication and willingness to help made the whole experience so much easier. Highly recommend Simon to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. A great bloke and a real asset to the community.

Having Simon as my Agent for our cabin in Ingenia was the right choice. Being a local his knowledge, experience and network of professionals expedited our sale. Repairs, landscaping and cleaning were all arranged along with the styling and marketing. Nothing was a problem and communication high. Simon's advice was no nonsense, straight to the point and realistic. Would not hesitate to recommend his services and knowledge for any sale in the Nambucca region.

Simon was very approachable with a sound knowledge of the Real Estate business. Simon communicated well and nothing was any trouble to him, His professionalism was above reproach. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

I highly recommend Simon McPherson for any Real Estate needs in the Nambucca Valley. His local expertise, transparent communication, and hard work made selling our property a positive experience. Simon genuinely cares about the best outcome for all his clients.

Simon was a very responsive agent and kept me informed throughout the sale of the property via emails, text and telephone but often called in to keep us updated. It was a difficult time of the year with the downturn in property prices but Simon provided constant updates regarding buyers. Simon had a great understanding of the rural market but his reach to buyers included interstate contacts. Simon gave us helpful advice and assisted us with the final sale of the property.

Simon was very helpful throughout the selling process. Nothing was ever an issue and he was so reliable and always kept us in the loop of the sale process. We would definitely use Simon again and we can’t recommend him enough for all his hard work.
