This is not my first sale and I am well experienced in property sales and this has been the smoothest yet. Simon has been very professional all the way through and actually wanted to help with the sale and not just list it. He really listened to what I wanted and why I was selling. He communicated well and often kept me up to date with every step. This was really important as I had moved away from the area and could not visit very often. He went above and beyond to learn about what was wonderful about the area, it’s people and how this could help sell the home. He met with me when we could and I had no qualms with anything he did. With his help I was able to achieve a great price and a quick sale. I would highly recommend Simon if you would like yo buy or sell as he will work with you to get the best possible outcome for all.
