We were the buyer and TBH most of our positive interactions were through Ben who was always available, willing to help, flexible, up front and honest. Mainly the price negotiations were through Simon and it was probably through technique or the seller not being available but these were far more drawn out then they needed to be. The process of making an offer was made much easier through the digital system which meant we could submit offers and counter offers via mobile phone or our PC which was extremely convenient. Beyond that the whole process was no mess no fuss which is exactly what you need. Ben got us access to measure up bits and pieces in advance of handover a couple of times and recommended an awesome burger joint nearby. A nice touch was the bow on the door on handover day and a nice box with the keys which made it all feel extra special. Thanks very much guys
